Returns & Refunds policy

Every product we offer undergoes stringent quality checks before being dispatched to ensure they meet our high standards. Because of the unique nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns or provide refunds after a purchase has been made.

However, if you happen to receive a defective item, please get in touch with us for an exchange. You can initiate an exchange request at contact@hastamevshatika.com

When submitting an exchange request, please include your order number and a photo of the product. If your exchange request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email.

Important Points to Note:

- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

- For hygiene reasons, the products must be unused and unwashed.

- Exchanges will not be accepted for sarees with fall and/or pico already done.

- The original packaging should remain intact and price tags should be in place.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
